Thank you to all of our vendors who have signed up for this years Summerfest! Please be sure deposit payments are sent in before June 1st. Final payment is due prior to setting up on the field. Insurance must be emailed to creativedirector@hillsborosummerfest.com
OR mailed to P.O Box 766 by July 1st.
Professional displays! Keep it appropriate and eye catching, make sure guests can clearly see your sign and what you’re all about. Please reach out if you are concerned with signage.
Be respectful of your neighbors.
Vendors are required to be tending their location and open during all hours of the festival. Rain or Shine. If the festival is open YOU are open or you will risk the invite to the following year. We have an excellent team keeping an eye on safety conditions in regards to weather and will keep everyone posted.
Set up begins Wednesday July 8th. There is no option to set up earlier than this time. The Gate opens at 9AM you will need your I.D and remaining deposit to receive a drive on pass for set up. A vendor coordinator will available to assist you.
Vendors and employees must park in the main lot. If you require more than one parking pass, please enter to note space. Handicap Accessible spaces available.
Vendors may drive on the field to stock their both each day WITH a drive on pass. All vehicles not explicitly authorized to be on the field must be removed a minimum of one hour prior to the regular open hours listed above. Once the festival has been announced clear of guests, vendors will be allowed access back onto the field for 30 minutes with their vehicle for end of the night duties as needed.
Please see your original Vendor Application to ensure all information is correct. We have received a high volume of vendor requests this year, all unique and FUN! We have changed up the layout so add a row in the middle. All corner spots and previously paid for/requested spots are in the same locations. Please stay subscribed to get the fastest up to date information. We will send out a vendor layout in the next few weeks!

Join us for a 4-Day Summer Festival
A family favorite for over 35 years, Hillsboro Summerfest brings visitors from all over New England with the best from Miller Amusements, food trucks, and one of the greatest Firework shows around. We pride ourselves on including a wide variety for all to enjoy and maintaining a fun atmosphere for not only attendees, but vendor success!

Electricity
Every booth comes with the option for 120V/20A of power. Vendors are responsible for any additional extension cords and are inspected throughout the set up. Larger Vendors have 30 and 50 amps available with the reservation of a booth.
Booth Space
It’s all about the neighborhood! Summerfest requires all vendors to stay within their allotted space. Keeping things organized and giving each vendor the opportunity to set up just as they envisioned for success.
Environment
Between all vendors, volunteers, and festival goers, our goal is keeping a positive and courteous space. We ask all of our vendors to follow the same standard to ensure this event runs smoothly.
Products
Balance is what makes the festival world-go-round. Making sure not to double up on certain vendors and products while still providing a wide variety of items is what makes our application and approval process so important. We are looking for vendors who are passionate about their goods and services and pride themselves in professionalism.
Vendor Success and Marketing
Marketing is key to a successful event! Our strategy ranges from traditional in house campaigns such as newspaper and radio, to social media where our goal is to be as interactive with our followers and stay FUN. We offer different marketing packages and are always here to offer support.
